Miguel Mesquita da Cunha 06/04/2011 NATO and European Commission Policy Advisor

On the evening of April 06, 2011, Dr. Miguel Mesquita da Cunha, a former member of the Group of Political Advisers to the President of the European Commission and member of the Bureau of the Secretary General of NATO, delivered an address to a select cadre of policy students and professors at the Master of Public Affairs (MPA) program at SciencesPo Paris.

Dr. da Cunha's presentation focused on the theme of International Security and how it relates to the NATO intervention in Libya.

Dr. da Cunha's insightful remarks were met with strong interest from Symposium participants who were able to engage in an honest and candid discussion for over 3 hours on the issues he raised.

IPLI greatly appreciates the time Dr. da Cunha devoted to engaging with participants and educating them on a wide variety of salient international security concerns affecting the global community today.
